Since 2005, Dr. Raul Nidoy has been the Director of Personal
Formation of Parents for Education Foundation or PAREF. PAREF is a non-profit
organization which runs eleven schools in the Philippines located in Metro Manila,
Cebu City, and Iloilo. Its lead schools include PAREF-Woodrose School in Alabang and
PAREF-Southridge School in Hillsborough, Muntinlupa. According to data from the University of the Philippines’s college entrance tests, the PAREF schools are among the top schools in the country.
From 1990 to 2005, Dr. Nidoy was the Executive Director of Southridge School for Boys. During this time, within a period of ten years the school grew from a population of 479 students to 1340 students, but more importantly, the school’s achievements in academics (Math and English) and sports (Football, Baseball, Chess) grew apace.
Dr. Nidoy finished A.B. History, cum laude, in the University of the Philippines. He
obtained his Doctorate degree in Theology, sobresaliente cum laude, from the University of Navarre,
Spain.
